- Accompany client on errands or medical appointments.
- Able to communicate crucial details regarding the client’s care, in clear and simple terms.
- Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor consistent with this job description and related to client’s independent living where the client cannot perform such duties due to the client’s health or age limitations.
- High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate
- Male preferred but females who are able to assist larger men with transfers, and ambulation would be considered.
- Certification: PCA/HHA/PCT, CNA/MA, Nursing Students
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Caring and Compassionate personality with a desire to serve clients.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
