CNA or PCA Weekend Caregiver

We are seeking for someone who is caring compassionate, reliable & dependable to join our incredible and diverse team. Right at Home Little Rock is constantly looking to improve the quality of lives of those who serve.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living needs offering companionship care.
Take clients on walks, trips to social events, assistance with hobbies, or run an errand.
Prepare a home cooked meal (you don’t need to be a gourmet chef)
Perform light housekeeping.
Create positive first impressions through appropriate body language, eye contact, posture, voice qualities, and attire.
Performs personal care activities per care plan which includes but is not limited to, assisting the patient with activities of daily living.

Compensation & Benefits:

WEEKLY PAY
Paid travel time between clients and paid mileage.
Benefits including Medical, Life Insurance, PTO etc.
24/7 office staff support
Mobile clock in/out
Ongoing PAID training and development.
On-the-job training for unique client situations

Working Environment:

Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required.
Shift times and days vary with client needs.
Weekend Availability NEEDED

Requirements:

High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
Interpersonal relations abilities
Certification CNA or MA

Compensation: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
